Staff is very co-operative.
Zero on cleanliness, Had to ask for even default products that are usually available in room. Bathrooms were dirty and bedsheets torn, duvet unclean and unwashed. We get better hotels in this price.
We booked a room with extra bedding, but the app did not mention any rule stating that the occupants must be either three males or three females, and that a mixed group (two females and one male, or vice versa) would not be allowed.However, the hotel did not permit us to stay in the room due to this policy. As a result, we were forced to book an additional room, which significantly increased our expenses. Overall, it was not a good experience, as the situation caused inconvenience and extra cost, and there was no adequate compensation provided.We also requested the hotel to cancel the booking from their side so that we could receive a refund. However, they refused, stating that since the booking was not made directly through them, they could not assist with the cancellation. They just maintained their policy.
