Best place to stay when you are returning from himachal

The place is good value for money. Sufficiently clean. Good food. However, not very easy to reach. Last couple of kms is like back of beyond and through narrow roads, where app drivers frequently lose their way. Though once you reach there, it's a quite location with some views of green hills.
