Very nice staff. Good cleaning in the place. Restaurent is fine. It's good for conducting your meeting but they have specially placed a sign on the door of restaurent that don't sit here for the meeting

!!!!Better never come here!!I booked more than 5 rooms at the Red Bishop Tourist Complex for my guests, and I feel absolutely ashamed for making them stay here. The overall quality and service were terrible.Zero Service & No Help: There was absolutely no crew available to assist us. We had to manually carry five heavy bags (23kg each) all the way to the upper floor. No help was offered whatsoever, despite ladies being part of our group who clearly needed assistance.Unbearable Hall Conditions: The main hall was a complete nightmare. it was suffocatingly hot with no functional air conditioning.Disgusting Room Quality: The conditions inside the rooms were shocking. The blankets provided were completely torn up, the mirrors were incredibly dingy and filthy, and the toilets were unhygienic and poorly cleaned.This place is severely mismanaged, completely lacking basic hospitality, and ruined what should have been a comfortable stay for our guests.!!!!Save your money and look elsewhere!!!!!

The photos you see online are NOT the rooms that they'll give you.For over 3k a night, you get a room that has not been maintained in any way. The sheets are dirty, the wall paint is falling apart, the room isn't cleaned thoroughly, the bathroom doesn't have proper running water in the shower - terrible.Stay away from this scam.Update: Surprisingly, the staff are nice and after the 2nd night, moved me to a decent room. So there are definitely some livable rooms, your luck if you get that or the unlivable ones.

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty and dusty. The toilets are dirty. No towels. Everything is broken. There are cobwebs on the furniture. Stains on the floor and walls. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s not worth a single rupee.
