Good hotel near to all key site seeing points in Panjim - Cruise or Water Sports or beach or Fountainhas. Their breakfast was of good quality and vegetarian spread. Their balcony's needs cleaning and their parking is not covered. Additional bed provided is not good (only mattress on the floor was given), they can have the sofa in deluxe room as a Sofa-cum-bed for conversion. Air-conditioner was making noise.
My experience at Regenta Panaji was highly disappointing. I expected professional hospitality, comfortable rooms, and good service, but the hotel did not meet even the basic standards. The customer service was very poor, with staff showing little interest in addressing guest concerns. Requests were delayed or ignored, and there was a clear lack of teamwork among employees, making interactions frustrating. Housekeeping was subpar, with the room not kept as clean or well-maintained as one would expect from a reputed hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were slow and disorganized, causing unnecessary waiting times. The food was another letdown, with a limited menu, average taste, and slow restaurant service, offering poor value for the price. Facilities did not live up to the advertised standards, with maintenance lacking and the overall environment feeling unwelcoming and unprofessional. Most disappointing was the staff's lack of genuine care for guest satisfaction, often offering excuses instead of solutions. Good hospitality should make guests feel valued, which was missing throughout my stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Regenta Panaji. There are many better hotels in Goa with superior service, cleaner rooms, better food, and more value. Unless major improvements are made in service, housekeeping, maintenance, and management, I would not stay here again.

Pehle din booking karte waqt bola tha hume hamare 2 guest ko aur rukhwana hai, unhone bola allowed kar denge, casino se bulwa denge. Aaj allowed karwaya casino se ek member allowed hua, ek aur uski chhoti sister aayi hui. Goa mein aaj baarish ka weather tha, subah 4:45 baje bola allowed nahi kar sakte, koi bhi room mein 3 member reh rahe hain, ek member nahi hai jo aap allowed nahi karte. Wo CP mein hi rukh gaya. Staff ka behaviour bhi bekar tha, aapne hisaab se nahi jama aur rude behaviour tha.
