Good hotel near to all key site seeing points in Panjim - Cruise or Water Sports or beach or Fountainhas. Their breakfast was of good quality and vegetarian spread. Their balcony's needs cleaning and their parking is not covered. Additional bed provided is not good (only mattress on the floor was given), they can have the sofa in deluxe room as a Sofa-cum-bed for conversion. Air-conditioner was making noise.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Regenta Panaji, GoaMy stay at Regenta Panaji was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. I chose this hotel expecting professional hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and quality service, but unfortunately, it failed to meet even basic expectations.The biggest issue was the extremely poor customer service. The staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to guest concerns. Requests took far too long to be addressed, and in some cases, they were simply ignored. There was a noticeable lack of coordination among the hotel team, making even simple interactions frustrating.The housekeeping standards were also below average. The room was not maintained to the level expected from a reputed hotel. Cleanliness could have been much better, and the overall upkeep gave the impression that guest comfort was not a priority.The check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily slow and disorganized. Instead of a smooth arrival experience, I had to spend an unreasonable amount of time waiting. Such delays are unacceptable, especially for business and family travelers.The food quality was another major disappointment. The menu was limited, the taste was average, and the service in the restaurant was slow. Considering the prices charged, the value for money was extremely poor.The hotel facilities also did not match the expectations created through its advertisements. Maintenance seemed inadequate, and several areas required better attention. The overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a hospitality brand.What disappointed me the most was the lack of genuine concern for guest satisfaction. Rather than resolving issues promptly, the staff seemed more interested in offering excuses than solutions. Good hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and valued, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during my stay.Overall, I cannot recommend Regenta Panaji based on my experience. There are several better hotels in Goa that provide superior service, cleaner rooms, better food, and far greater value for money. Unless significant improvements are made in customer service, housekeeping, maintenance, and management, I would not consider staying here again.

Casino Pride booking thi do din Regenta Inn Hotel mein 2 member the. Pehle din booking karte waqt bola tha hume hamare 2 guest ko aur rukhwana hai, unhone bola allowed kar denge, casino se bulwa denge. Aaj allowed karwaya casino se ek member allowed hua, ek aur uski chhoti sister aayi hui. Goa mein aaj baarish ka weather tha, subah 4:45 baje bola allowed nahi kar sakte, koi bhi room mein 3 member reh rahe hain, ek member nahi hai jo aap allowed nahi karte. Wo CP mein hi rukh gaya. Staff ka behaviour bhi bekar tha, aapne hisaab se nahi jama aur rude behaviour tha.

Hotel rooms are well equipped & well maintained. Property is superb for stay. Room service & staff are also too good.
