Riviera Hermitage Goa

Our stay at Riviera Hermitage Goa was fantastic. The property is tidy, clean, and well kept. The rooms are roomy, cozy, and have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The host was very supportive and ready to help with anything we needed. The staff was warm, polite, and made us feel at home during our visit. We appreciate the great hospitality and care we received. We really enjoyed our time here and would strongly suggest Riviera Hermitage Goa to anyone traveling to Goa.

The villa was excellent, and the pool was well kept (swimming attire is mandatory). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here, and don't miss out on the gokarting.

I wouldn't suggest staying at this property to anyone. There are only 3-4 staff members for such a large Airbnb, and they are very rude and ill-mannered, especially a woman named Shilpa. They are never available when you need help. When I complained about the staff's bad behavior to the host Devang, he just told me to leave if I wanted and didn't try to fix the issue, maybe because he pays them very little. I've never encountered such a terrible host. If you leave an honest review here, he won't address your concerns but will respond rudely. People should avoid this place if they want a good vacation. Also, Mr. Devang, before replying to this review, I suggest you and your staff take some classes to learn basic manners. After reading other reviews, I completely understand what kind of person you are, Devang. People have written a lot about you, and you respond like a child defending your bad behavior.

My time at Rivera Hermitage turned out to be one of the most unsatisfactory hotel experiences I've encountered. From arrival to departure, the hospitality was very lacking. The staff were repeatedly impolite, unprofessional, and showed no basic manners. Rather than creating a welcoming atmosphere, they seemed indifferent and dismissive. The housekeeping staff also failed to meet expectations. I would advise against choosing Rivera Hermitage for a pleasant and comfortable visit.
