Rocks And Greens

Our stay at Rocks and Greens was quite disappointing. The main problem was the abundance of flies and insects in the room, particularly at night. They were everywhere, even inside the bed and blankets. We contacted room service, and although they cleaned the room, the flies came back shortly after. This made sleeping very hard, and we were genuinely concerned they might get into our ears, so we ended up driving home during the night. Another big issue was the swimming pool. After using it, we had intense itching and later developed rashes. When we told the manager, instead of taking our complaint seriously or apologizing, he just said they could give us a water sample to test ourselves. That was not the kind of response we expected from a hospitality business.

Nice place but somewhat expensive

A wonderful resort nestled within a natural mango garden, featuring well-kept amenities like pool cottages, a dining hall, restaurant, box cricket, pickleball, indoor games, lush lawns, and wildlife. It's an ideal spot for weekend parties and family gatherings.

We came here for our anniversary with high hopes, but sadly, we encountered snakes in our luxury villa twice. The guard killed one snake, and within an hour, another was spotted and killed again. We also found earthworms in the pool. The manager said they couldn't do anything about it because of the natural surroundings with rocks and forest. After 10 PM, only watchmen are available for emergencies. Additionally, their Google address was incorrect, causing us to lose our way until they sent the correct location after we asked. Despite all this, we did not get our advance payment back; the manager said it was kept as maintenance charges.
