We had to wait for 1 hour at reception even after booking was done a day before. Again had to argue with them regarding the booking date. Initially they didn’t agree, but finally they had to. So, overall it was a bad experience. Looks good in photos but in reality very bad. Bathroom amenities were totally worst. And room service was not at all available. Even after waiting also, will not give proper response and finally they will say Sorry ..!!
