Saltstayz Basil - Near Golf Course Road & Extension Road

I had an amazing 14 days of experience. All the service offered were top notch from staff to cleanliness to food and delivery. Must visit and highly recommend.

Its good place to stay - if you are in town and want to be near Glof course road and in budget.Rooms- spacious for single person.Neat and clean room.Well maintained property.

Geaser didn't work, we called probably 6 times for help in our 9 day trip (17th-27 December). When they would come fix it either it won't work or will stop working overnight, promoting us to call again and again. The night duty guy and security gaurd were atleast nice about it, the receptionist girl who sits in the day is rude and gives one word replies to everything. We showered in cold water in biting December cold multiple timesThe height of disgust was when I asked to switch rooms they said there isn't any but gave us the washroom of the room to use for hot water. They didn't mention it's a USED ROOM (pictures attached), it had alcohol in it and condom wrappers and no one bothered to clean once the customer checked out, they just sent us there to use cuz they had hot water. It was very hard to keep our temper in control. They literally told us to go to a different room to shower!! Someone else's USED ROOMWe asked over call for amenities like toilet paper that never got delivered multiple days. Housekeeping was apparently only in the hours of 12-5 when most people are out, where they suggested we just hand over our room keys for cleaning cuz they can't do it outside those hours. Laundry also is only 8am pickup and gets returned next day.No info brochure or anything about these procedures. Their website says they have 24/7 kitchen which is a BLATANT LIE. it closes at 10:30. NO conference room either like the website says.They didn't try to offer any reimbursement for the inconvenience either, no refund no waiving off the room service charge or anything.Disgusting experience honestly, we should be entitled to full refund tbh but we didn't wanna haggle and even tipped the security guard.Won't book here again.

The rooms were very neat and clean. Stayed for a wedding function. Breakfast buffet was upto the mark with variety and quality. The location of the property is well accessed as it is the road. Overall comfortable stay
