Not bad, helpful staff. But overall room and services could have been better
Very bad experience with hotel and staff. Rooms not good, stains on bedsheet and washrooms also not good, hairs stuck on drainage plates. Total bad experience with everything. Staff is not experienced and rude. Never visiting this hotel again.

Solo Traveller • Oct 2024Worst stay ever! Staff is unskilled and hopeless. No help with bags after check-in, and the lift was always out of order. The food is terrible and stale, served based on their choice. I ordered VEG FRIED RICE but got EGG FRIED RICE instead, which is unacceptable for a vegetarian, especially during Navratri. When they realized their mistake, they just blamed me. Siyaram and Pradeep are not fit for hospitality. No empathy or apology, just excuses. This place is not suitable for anyone. Visit at your own risk. Horrible experience.
