The stairs in the hotel are quite dirty, with unwanted pictures and graffiti on the walls, which gives an unpleasant impression. While the service and hospitality are not particularly impressive, they are not bad either. The staff is polite, but there's room for improvement in overall customer experience. The hotel could definitely benefit from better cleanliness and attention to detail. It's a decent place to stay, but expectations regarding hygiene and service should be kept in check.

Our stay at Hotel Brahmaputra was deeply disappointing. We stayed for three days, and the reality was far from what the pictures online had promised.The room was in terrible condition’broken bed, damaged almirah, cracked walls, and a complete lack of cleanliness. The hygiene standards were appalling, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay even for a short time.The environment also felt unsafe, with suspicious individuals around. This hotel is unsuitable for families, groups, or even solo travelers.Additionally, Goibibo is not allowing genuine reviews, seemingly promoting fake ratings, which adds to the frustration.Overall, this was a nightmare experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel’it’s simply not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.
