The biggest concern was safety — the key card system was never updated, and staff repeatedly accessed the room using a master key. This is a serious breach of privacy.Additionally, charging 100 for an empty plate is unreasonable. When questioned, the staff responded unprofessionally, justifying it by saying the plate needs cleaning — which is completely unacceptable.This reflects poor management, lack of professionalism, and zero regard for guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
So this hotel has this weird policy where the local ids are not accepted which is the first time i experienced this also the staff is so rude like the person who was on the reception was so rude like he wanted to fight with me for this please do not visit here if you are from jaipur because they won’t allow people from jaipur to stay though the hotel is in Jaipur but jaipur people are not allowed weird but okay will never recommend it to anyone
