The hotel staff are very kind and supportive. Rajaram, in particular, is extremely helpful in all ways. The food and atmosphere are also excellent.

Cleaning is satisfactory, but the restaurant service requires improvement.

I would say, do not go by the bad ratings. We have stayed in 2 other hotels during our stay one being Radisson Blu and Hotel Lighthouse. Radisson was or course great given the cost but Lighthouse was horrible at the same cost as Sheerah. The staff in Sheerah was so friendly and helpful. We had to book a room in Emergency and I was in severe pain because of migraine, these people were so concerned about me and made sure that we got the room quickly even at 11:30pm. The room was extremely clean and organised. What impressed me were the floor mats on both sides of the bed. There’s kettle, tea and coffee in the room. They provided us with extra blanket and pillows and that too quickly. Please don’t think twice. It’s value for money and very close to the airport.
