Be engulfed by the charm of the Raj, stay in boutique style accommodation that surrounds the centrally located pool, serenity for the senses 🙏Delicious in-house dining & attentive staff cater your every need , a great breakfast and most of all very good espresso coffee !! On the downside, the spa experience though offered & booked , failed to even show up let alone meet any expectation of remedial care . Be wary of the taxi service ! particularly the person who does the negotiation & double check the fare! Tip only the driver who is reliable & provided excellent customer care, with valet service, fresh drinking water & sound shopping advice 🙏Overall a great experience & would certainly consider revisiting.

Très décevant pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas le titre de palace, surtout pour une chambre dite « deluxe ». La chambre était vraiment petite, environ 10 m², et ne ressemblait en rien aux photos ni au niveau annoncé. Le plus gros souci a été l'eau chaude, absente pendant tout notre séjour de trois jours. Nous avons dû insister plusieurs fois pour en avoir, attendre parfois une quinzaine de minutes, et parfois il n'y en avait pas du tout. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, c'est un problème important. D'autres services basiques manquaient aussi : pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée, pas de savon, et un ménage insuffisant. De plus, l'hôtel a voulu nous faire payer une bouteille d'eau prise au petit déjeuner à un prix exorbitant (5 fois le prix normal de 104 roupies), sans jamais nous avoir dit qu'elle était payante. Nous avons dû nous plaindre à la réception pour que ce soit corrigé. En résumé, l'expérience ne correspondait ni au prix payé ni à ce qui était annoncé sur Booking. Le principal problème reste l'absence répétée d'eau chaude, qui a beaucoup gâché notre séjour, et le confort des chambres est bien en dessous des attentes. Nous espérons que l'hôtel améliorera vraiment ses services.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nirbana in Jaipur, and it went beyond all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we experienced warm and traditional Rajasthani hospitality. The property is a visual delight—well-kept, combining heritage charm with modern amenities. The rooms are elegantly decorated, very clean, and provide a peaceful atmosphere. The large, prestigious swimming pool is an added bonus. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. The staff served with great kindness and politeness. The malmal brownie was especially delightful, and the breakfast choices were extensive. When they learned it was my birthday, they made extra efforts to celebrate and make it memorable. I want to thank GM Dileep, F&B Manager Pushpendra, and Neha, who personally checked on us and ensured everything went smoothly. Their sincere care and attention made us feel like family. Hotel Nirbana is a true hidden treasure in Jaipur, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pink City. We look forward to returning!
