Very bad experience in the hotel rooms are very dirty and cigrate smells like washrooms in public washroom. Fab HOTELs are very bad and unprofessional team don't go with them.

Pathetic staff, no toiletries was provided, corridor was stinking, rooms were not cleaned and washrooms were very bad

Worst Experience at Hotel FlyView ’ Highly Unprofessional and Rude Staff!I had booked Hotel FlyView through FabHotels, and my experience was absolutely horrible. I reached the hotel at 7 AM, and the receptionist straight away told me "no room is available" in a very rude tone. When I said I was informed that check-in is possible till 12 PM, he bluntly refused and told me "bhago yaha se" ’ can you imagine this level of misbehavior at a hotel?The receptionist was extremely arrogant, didn’t listen to anything, and behaved as if I was at fault for showing up. After this shocking behavior, I contacted FabHotels customer care hoping for support, but it got even worse. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes ’ not once, but four times! Still, no proper help was provided.I was left stranded, stressed, and completely helpless.This is by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid booking Hotel FlyView via FabHotels ’ neither the staff nor the company cares about their guests.

Terrible Experience at Hotel FlyView ’ Never Booking with FabHotels Again!I visited Hotel FlyView on Sunday, after making a booking directly through FabHotels customer care. I expected a smooth check-in experience, but what I faced was shocking and highly disappointing.I reached the hotel at 7 AM, and the receptionist rudely denied my booking, saying there were no rooms available. When I told him that the customer care team confirmed my booking and check-in time, he ignored everything I said and shouted at me to leave the premises. His exact words were, "Bhago yaha se." I’ve never seen such rude behavior from hotel staff before.Thinking FabHotels would help, I called their customer care again, but instead of resolving my issue, they just put me on hold for 20 minutes ’ four times in a row! There was no real assistance or empathy from their side. I was left completely helpless and frustrated.This whole experience ruined my day. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Hotel FlyView and avoid booking through FabHotels. Their service and support are pathetic.

I had booked a room at FabHotel Fly View through MakeMyTrip, but the hotel staff shamelessly refused to accept the booking. They are completely unprofessional and irresponsible ’ not answering calls from MakeMyTrip, nor responding to any emails. This hotel is nothing but a scam. I strongly advise you not to book this place, as they are just looting customers without offering any service. Pathetic experience!
