This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others.
Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveler preferences. Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.
Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade

Hotel cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.
Hotel kindly request guests to refrain from drug, alcohol use. Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted.
Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.

Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. A penalty of INR 2,000 per incident may apply for violations. Repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travelers. As a brand, we do not recommend families and do not allow all those below 18 years old of age to stay with us, nor do we allow admission of kids or infants under 18 years old, even if travelling with legal guardians.
The Hosteller Myngl Cafe serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit we promote self service in all our cafes. Cafe timing: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM & 06:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Cafe timings may vary. Please refer to the Glu app for more details.
Visitor timing: 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM. Non resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms).
Swimming Pool Timing: 8 AM - 7 PM (Swimming pool might be under maintenance on any given day).
To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
