This hotel is nowhere near 4.5’5 star standard. It is seriously overrated and a waste of money.The food was terrible for a so-called luxury hotel. Breakfast made no sense ’ it felt like they were serving dinner food in the morning, and the quality was poor. On top of that, the service was awful. We clearly asked for a room with two separate beds, yet they kept giving us rooms with one bed over and over again. Basic requests shouldn’t be this hard to get right.The room menu advertised a full English breakfast, so I ordered that instead of the buffet. Then they told me they didn’t even have bacon or half the ingredients. Why advertise something you can’t provide? That’s misleading and unprofessional.The worst part was at night. There was loud shouting and a literal fight right outside the front of the hotel, and security just stood there watching and did absolutely nothing. For a hotel that claims to be high-end, this was shocking and made the place feel unsafe.This hotel does not deserve a luxury rating. At best, it’s a 3’3.5 star hotel. If you’re paying for quality, service, and safety ’ look elsewhere.

Location is good , on main roadRooms are equipped with basic amenitiesService is Extremely slow . Whether room service or Restaurant.Breakfast menu and options are good .Food also taste good .But need to improve service as even in Buffet breakfast , if any items will finish, they themself will not refill that items .Even if you asked , not once , not twice even thrice , again they will not refill .So you left with no option to finish your breakfast without that item which you needed ’’’’’.Good thing that this hotel rent out there ground floor to one coffee shop An’s Roof atop for restaurant. Both were excellent.

Sarovar portrico jaipur ’ Excellent Experience!Had a wonderful dining experience at SarovarKitchen team and staff deserve special appreciation ’ Virender, faizan vivek and prince were all outstanding.The staff is extremely polite, professional, and attentive.Food was awesome, presentation great, and service was too good throughout.Overall, a very warm and pleasant experience.Must visit if you’re in Jaipur! ’’’’’

They have a great rooftop restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was courteous’ the breakfast was average. During peak time the sitting arrangements were enough to accommodate the guests.
