Very good hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. Location is great for people coming from Ajmer Road and the Roof Top View is an add on benefit. Breakfast was also very good with many foor items to eat.
The hotel is amazing..cleanliness, space in the room and facilities offered is top notch. The buffet breakfast had variety of options to choose from. Overall wonderful stay. However I would like to point that this was the first ever hotel where we found the staff to be not courteous. They never smile or greet you which is a basic of hospitality industry. Though we understand that a person can go through many things in personal life and one can’t be cheerful everyday. However, in this particular hotel all the staff seems to be going through something personal. They never smile and don’t reach out to you for any kind of assistance at the reception. So basically you will have to remind the staff three to four times that you are waiting for checkin otherwise they don’t bother. I don’t know if they judge families and expect only corporates in their premises. The staff definitely gives a not so welcoming feeling from checkin to checkout. Maybe they require a bit of training on not judging people and treating everyone with kindness. That was my observation, overall a nice stay. But if you are a happy person dealing with the staff in the morning can dampen your mood. So avoid interaction in the morning and enjoy your stay :)
