Really wonderful hotel with excellent service. All the people were so nice, especially Narayji in reception. The building is beautiful with nice and old details. Within walking distance of city palace, Jawa mahal and nice shops. The group of monkeys on the roof were also amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bathroom is extremely nice with a good shower. We had a perfect breakfast in the restaurant. Real Indian breakfast and western options too. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location - next (walkable) to city palace and other monuments. Close to shops and other amenities. Room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you. They also have an in house app for services and payments. Outside of the building can be misleading tho, but great after you walked in.

The hotel was okay overall, but there were several inconveniences. Check-in took about 25 minutes, and most of my cards didn’t work with their machine (though they worked everywhere else during my trip). The location was excellent, but the rooms felt dated (understandable given the building is 290 years old) and quite dusty. My room only had a window in the bathroom, and the hot water ran out after about 5 mins. They won’t clean your room unless you leave the keys at the reception and ask for cleaning. Breakfast was simple but fine, it’s managed separately so you need to pay immediately (’570).I also didn’t have a good experience with the driver the hotel recommended (Rajat). I had booked him for 3 days with a set itinerary, but he repeatedly ignored my plans and kept insisting on visiting ’factories’ instead. Communicating with him was tiring and stressful, so on the 3rd day I switched to Uber ’ a much smoother and more reliable option. Rajat might suit travellers without fixed plans, but it didn’t work for me. I also took Uber to travel intercity, and it was great (you can pre-book in advance).Despite these issues, I loved Jaipur itself. It’s a beautiful city that deserves more than three days to truly explore.

It is down a back street so getting a taxi here might be a challenge.Good location to visit places.You need to be a bit independent to use the chain because they do a lot of support remotely. There was usually someone on the desk though.The room was nice and clean.Food in the restaurant was nice.
