I chose this hotel primarily for its parking facilities, as I was traveling from Mumbai in my private car and needed the peace of mind that comes with secure, professional parking. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite of what was promised.During my stay from 07/05/2026 to 09/05/2026, the hotel valet staff parked my car in the basement in an extremely cramped layout, squeezing vehicles into tight spaces to maximize capacity. Upon returning to the parking lot, I found scratches on both rear door panels of my vehicle due to the lack of space for doors to open safely.I brought this to the attention of the management immediately. We reviewed the CCTV footage together the next night, which clearly confirmed that the damage occurred in the basement due to the insufficient parking space provided. Despite this clear evidence of negligence’where the hotel’s own parking management created the hazardous conditions that led to the damage’the hotel brushed aside the incident terming it as a minor scratch. Now the VW service center is asking for INR 12000 for repainting of the door or I have to live with it.I am extremely disappointed. A hotel that offers 'valet parking' assumes a duty of care over the vehicle, yet here, that trust was completely broken. If you are a car enthusiast or someone who values the condition of your vehicle, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The hotel prioritizes parking capacity over the safety of guest property.

Amazing stay experience! The rooms were super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing time. Special thanks to Jasleen for her outstanding hospitality’she was polite, helpful, and ensured everything was perfectly arranged for us. Her warm nature truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

HRJ Sarovar Portico, IndoreHad a good stay at HRJ Sarovar Portico while traveling to Omkareshwar. The location near Regal Square is very convenient and easily approachable. Room service was excellent’quick, responsive, and well-managed. Food quality and quantity (overall) were impressive, making the stay comfortable.We left early morning for Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, which is about a 2-hour cab journey from here.However, breakfast needs improvement. Tea quality was average, dosa batter was disappointing, though coconut chutney was good. Too many fried items like aloo vada and bread pakoda’adding better options like tawa paratha would enhance the experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with scope to improve breakfast quality.

The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. My room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, perfectly arranged amenities, and a refreshing ambiance throughout. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.The prompt response to requests and the consistency in service made a big difference. Whether it was room cleaning, replenishing essentials, or ensuring everything was in order, the team handled it efficiently and with a smile.Overall, a great stay experience, especially for those who value cleanliness and well-maintained spaces. I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Everything was well-maintained, which made the experience even better.The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Samarth ’ he was extremely friendly, supportive, and always ready to help whenever needed.
