Given the high cost of the room, the service was quite disappointing. The hot water was out for a long period. The room phone wouldn't connect to any number, forcing us to look up their number on Google to reach the front desk. They then provided a slip with restaurant numbers to call from our own phones. With poor network and no Wi-Fi, contacting them was frustrating and difficult. On the positive side, the room was clean, the view was nice, and the food was good in both quality and quantity, though the menu options were limited, which was acceptable.

We drove for an hour with a baby to eat at the restaurant, but were denied entry at the main gate because it was busy. When we asked if we could get out of the car and wait briefly, they said no. The customer service was very disappointing.
