This hotel stay ranks among the worst I've encountered. The employees were highly unprofessional, discourteous, and ignored guest issues entirely. The rooms lacked proper upkeep, cleanliness was subpar, and the overall service from arrival to departure was unsatisfactory. The hotel does not match its advertisement, and the cost was not justified by the experience. Basic hospitality was absent, and every staff interaction only increased frustration instead of fixing problems. I would advise against staying here. There are much better choices at similar prices. Avoid this hotel and save your money.

Excellent location. We really enjoyed the food and the wide variety of breakfast options. The staff was very helpful. There are many activities in the game zone and even cycling available. I would suggest this place for families. The best feature is the peaceful environment.
