I had a positive overall stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are tidy, and the hotel provides a somewhat unique experience compared to others in this category. The location is suitable for a comfortable overnight stay. The rooms and property were clean and fairly well kept. One minor downside is the fan, which only operates at full speed without adjustable settings, sometimes causing discomfort. The restaurant is decent, but don't expect the full menu to be available; during my visit, only about half the items were offered, so the variety may not match what you see in online food videos. The rooms feature a queen-size bed that might feel a bit small for those taller than 5'10", though the bed is good quality and comfortable, not a spring mattress. A handy feature is the foldable third bed stored under the main bed, useful for families or groups. There is only one charging socket by the bed, which could be inconvenient if two people need to charge devices simultaneously. If arriving from Igatpuri, note there is a ₹70 one-way toll charge. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider booking this place if priced similarly to Hotel Ashwin or Grand Parivar. It's a good choice if you want a clean, comfortable stay with a slightly different vibe, despite a few small drawbacks.

July 27 2026. I would rate this place 1 star but giving 2 because it seemed more like old ruins of what used to be a good resort rather than an actual one. The resort's name has been changed and there is no signboard. In the middle of the night, there was no water in the washrooms. It feels like the rooms have not been maintained for a long time. Overall, an average stay. The kettle and switches were not working. I was asked to change rooms during my stay. They gave me a room without checking if everything was functional. It was supposed to be a luxury resort, but it just felt like it was trying to be one. All pictures and no real experience.

I intended to stay an extra day, but as soon as I stepped into our assigned room, I had to cancel. The hygiene was very poor in both the room and the pool. There was a dusty smell that caused my wife to itch and sneeze, and the curtains were stained with webs spotted in the corners. The location and atmosphere were nice, but the lack of cleanliness in the rooms ruined the experience.
