Serviced Apartment near Medanta by BedChambers

We had a wonderful experience staying at Serviced Apartment near Medanta by BedChambers. As visitors from Bangladesh who came to Gurugram for treatment at Medanta Hospital, the location could not have been more convenient. It is literally just a 2–3 minute walk from Medanta, which made everything significantly easier for us.From the front desk to the housekeeping and cleaning team, every member of the staff was extremely helpful, cooperative, and supportive throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were always ready to assist and made us feel very comfortable.A very special mention goes to Jiarul Rahman from the cleaning staff. He was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. He assisted us with almost everything we needed and always did so with a smile. His hospitality and genuine willingness to help deserve special recognition and made our stay even better.For anyone traveling to Gurugram, especially international patients and families visiting Medanta Hospital for treatment, I would highly recommend this property. Considering the location, service, cleanliness, and supportive staff, it is one of the most convenient places to stay near the hospital.We will definitely choose to stay here again whenever we return to Medanta from Bangladesh. Great location ideal for medanta hospital

I booked a 2BHK at bedchamber for a week with my parents. Before going, I messaged the hotel manager on WhatsApp about airport pickup. But the chat turned bad. The manager wanted 1000 INR upfront to confirm the booking, even though I said Booking.com would take care of it. Instead of answering my question, he argued and said they would give the room to someone else if someone else paid cash. He was really rude and sarcastic, making me feel unwelcome and upset. Because of this, I canceled my stay last minute and found another place. The manager's behavior was disappointing and unprofessional, so I can't recommend bedchamber.
