Wonderful experience.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating stay. This resort is clearly more interested in extracting money than providing even the most basic level of hospitality.We had booked a Super Deluxe room expecting better space and added comfort, but it turned out to be exactly the same as a standard Deluxe room—same size, no extra benefits, nothing “super” about it. For a family of 3 adults and 1 child, the room felt extremely congested and poorly planned.The management was rude, unhelpful, and outright dismissive. Charging 500 just for cutlery is absurd and speaks volumes about their mindset. Providing only one bath towel in a beach destination is not just inadequate—it’s unacceptable. On top of that, restricting drinking water to a single 1-liter bottle per guest per day is downright cheap and inconsiderate.Every small request felt like a transaction rather than service. There was zero sense of guest comfort or care. This place completely fails to understand what hospitality means.Strongly do NOT recommend. Stay away unless you want to feel cramped, unwelcome, and overcharged throughout your stay.
