I paid 4,700 for a one-night stay with family on the 23/05/2026 at this property.The rooms are very small. The recent paint job done in the room is very shabby. The toilet seat cover in the washroom was very, very dirty. It was dirtier than what is available in the public toilet. (Photo attached)They have provided TVs with a set-top box in the rooms, and the recharge for the set-top box was showing expired. You have to call them and then only they will recharge it and you will be able to watch TV, and that too in very poor picture quality. Most of the other hotels provide smart TV in that price.A friend of mine came late for breakfast and, after finishing her breakfast, she asked for tea at 10:40 am. The hotel staff bluntly refused, saying that the time for breakfast is up to 10:30 am and they can no longer provide tea. The food quality was ok.Based on the size and condition of the rooms, this property is not more than 2 to 2.5K for a day. The parking space is also very little, so you have to leave your car keys with their staff. Reality of the rooms is very different than what is shown in the pictures online.

We were here on a family trip. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The in-house food was also delicious and the room service was excellent too.Mr. Bansal was always helpful and friendly, and gave us the best experience on our family trip.I would definitely recommend, it’s a little far from the capital, so it’s in general calmer.There’s many cafes, restaurants , shops nearby. The nearest beaches are Ashvem (5 mins by drive) and Morjim Beach (10 mins by drive).Thank you for a good trip.
