I paid 4,700 for a one-night stay with my family on 23/05/2026 at this hotel. The rooms are quite small. The recent paint job in the room looks very poor. The toilet seat cover in the bathroom was extremely dirty, worse than what you'd find in a public restroom (photo attached). The rooms have TVs with set-top boxes, but the recharge for the box was expired. You need to call staff to get it recharged before you can watch TV, and even then, the picture quality is very bad. Many other hotels offer smart TVs at this price. A friend of mine arrived late for breakfast and after finishing, asked for tea at 10:40 am. The staff refused sharply, saying breakfast ends at 10:30 am and they cannot serve tea after that. The food quality was average. Considering the room size and condition, this place is worth no more than 2 to 2.5K per night. Parking is very limited, so you have to hand over your car keys to the staff. The actual rooms are very different from the photos shown online.

We were here on a family trip. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The in-house food was also delicious and the room service was excellent too.Mr. Bansal was always helpful and friendly, and gave us the best experience on our family trip.I would definitely recommend, it’s a little far from the capital, so it’s in general calmer.There’s many cafes, restaurants , shops nearby. The nearest beaches are Ashvem (5 mins by drive) and Morjim Beach (10 mins by drive).Thank you for a good trip.

We stayed here during a family vacation and loved everything about the hotel. The food served on-site was tasty, and the room service was top-notch. Mr. Bansal was always friendly and helpful, making our family trip even better. I would certainly recommend this place; it's a bit distant from the capital, which makes it generally quieter. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops close by. The closest beaches are Ashvem, just a 5-minute drive, and Morjim Beach, about 10 minutes away by car. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

The rooms lack cleanliness. The bedsheets and towels were unclean. Cockroaches were present in both the room and the property. The location is inconvenient. The road to the hotel is in bad shape. The intercom does not work for room service.
