Nice place to stay , view should be better from room balcony but it ok , room are big enough.Food is good and intercoms not available in room . Swimming pool is clear . Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall good place to stay near Morjim . Thank you .

I have never ever experienced this kind stay what we enjoyed in our 2 days vecation. Room was so classic with big size balcony, Food is so yummy ’? and specially all staff they are so polite and they also gave us services at mid night 2AM.Only suggestion if someone booking room then please book with including breakfast and dinner. The rate is so cheap and you will get best food of Goa.

Koko mayaThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to families.From the moment we checked in, the service was extremely disappointing. We repeatedly requested a door mat, but despite asking several times, no one provided it. The housekeeping service was almost non-existent. Staff either ignored our requests or did not respond at all, making our stay very uncomfortable.The hotel charges very high rates, but the facilities and service are nowhere near worth the money. It feels like they only care about collecting payment and not about guest satisfaction.The biggest concern was the atmosphere. When we arrived, some local people were openly mixing and consuming liquor in front of children and behaving in a way that made the environment feel uncomfortable for families. The hotel advertises itself as family-friendly, but our experience did not match that claim at all.The swimming pool facilities were also poorly managed and lacked basic amenities and proper maintenance, making the experience disappointing.Overall, the hotel has poor customer service, poor housekeeping, overpriced rooms, and an environment that did not feel suitable for families. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Save your money and choose another hotel if you want a comfortable and family-friendly stay.
