The manager was rude didn’t treat the guest well treated like we are staying there for free the rooms are not worth 3k the house keeping boys were helping nobody apart from them they kept calling the person who booked the stay for each nd everything complaining and creating chaos between groups there was no water from morning the manager has the audacity to say he turned it off no water to brush or to bath or use restroom the manager doesn’t know how to speak to the guest cannot understand english as well not worth regretted coming there

The manager was impolite and did not treat the guests properly, acting as if we were staying for free. The rooms are not worth 3k. The housekeeping staff were the only ones helping anyone; they kept calling the person who booked the stay for every little issue, causing complaints and tension among the groups. There was no water since morning, and the manager had the nerve to say he turned it off. No water to brush teeth, bathe, or use the restroom. The manager does not know how to communicate with guests and cannot understand English well. Overall, it was not worth it and I regret coming here.
