**Very Disappointing Stay ’ Not Recommended Without Your Own Vehicle**I am currently staying at White Woods Resort by Stone Wood Hotels, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After only a short period of rain, the roads and pathways around the resort became flooded. The access route to the main road and nearby areas was waterlogged, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to walk. As guests without a personal vehicle, we felt effectively stranded inside the property with no practical way to leave safely. What was even more disappointing was the response from the staff. When we raised the issue, we were repeatedly told that the problem had been "fixed," despite the flooding remaining clearly visible. No one came to inspect the situation, offer assistance, suggest transportation options, or provide any practical solution.Guests should be informed before booking that access to and from the resort may be significantly affected during rainy weather, especially if they do not have their own vehicle. Basic support and accurate information should be provided when such situations occur. After only one day of my stay, I already feel frustrated and uncomfortable. This is far from the relaxing holiday experience that was advertised. Unless you have your own transportation and are prepared for potential access issues during the rainy season, I would not recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is beautifully maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing’perfect for a family getaway. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Manager Bhagwant, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. His professionalism, responsiveness, and personal attention to every detail really stood out.Thank you for such a fantastic experience’we will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
