SONARGAON BEACH RESORT

I recently stayed at this resort and was very disappointed with my experience. The service was poor, and the staff, especially at reception, were quite unprofessional. They failed to properly check the room at checkout but later accused us of breaking a glass. We had to show them the glass ourselves to prove it was intact. On top of that, they charged us an unreasonable deep-cleaning fee for a tiny stain. The way guests were treated was unfair and unprofessional overall. From bad customer service to unwarranted charges, the whole stay was frustrating and stressful. I wouldn't suggest this resort to anyone seeking a smooth and enjoyable visit.

A very nice resort in Mandarmoni with an amazing view from the room. The resort is situated in a prime spot. The food was tasty, especially the Chinese dishes which were incredible. I've decided to visit here repeatedly. Thanks for giving us a wonderful day.

Great spot

We reserved two rooms (each costing 3000/-) with sea and pool views, but the rooms (221 & 222) were very disappointing. They lacked an intercom, fridge, and basic items like a sewing kit, shampoo, and body wash. The staff seemed annoyed when we requested room service. The AC in room 221 didn't work well, and the window was broken. The staff's behavior was poor. One day, we ordered coffee and fish fry, but after 45 minutes, no food was delivered. The price does not match the quality. I do not recommend these rooms. Avoid booking these two rooms. Make sure to ask for all details before booking. Try to book a deluxe room, or else you will face issues.
