The best experience during my stay in Mandarmaani

Everything went flawlessly. We enjoyed a family trip to celebrate my niece's birthday. At no time did we feel uneasy. The rooms were cozy and spotless. The service was satisfactory. The banquet decorations were excellent. The only drawback was the food; they could improve their menu and the flavor of the dishes.

We reserved an executive pool view room but were given standard rooms, which are a lower category, despite confirming the booking over the phone beforehand. The hotel staff were nice and they refunded part of the money and apologized for the error. However, the person handling online bookings behaved very badly, calling me and even threatening to evict us if we requested a refund for the lower category room. This incident at the start completely ruined our vacation mood. The rooms are spacious but dirty. Everything is unclean. The bathroom is covered in stains (unknown origin) making it unpleasant to use. Towels, bedsheets, and the room floor—all dirty. The AC, geyser, and fan were not working properly. The pool, restaurant, and hotel staff were good. Groups of young people were accommodated—9 in 2 rooms—and they were drunk and causing disturbances constantly. You won’t feel safe with family if the hotel allows such behavior. Families should avoid this hotel.
