I recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking resort nestled in Coorg, and I can't stop raving about it! The scenery alone is worth the visit’picture-perfect landscapes that transport you to a serene paradise. The lush forests and stunning vistas made every moment feel like a dream.What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional staff. They were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome to their constant efforts to make our stay memorable, their dedication was truly commendable.A special mention goes to the manager whose leadership and professionalism were evident in every aspect of our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident, making our experience top-notch.I can't recommend this resort enough. It was a wonderful experience. Went with family in April. There are 3 sets of rooms available in the location. The place is located a bit towards the outskirts of Madikeri and in middle of a coffee plantation and the road to resort might look scary. But the place is definitely worth the money with the atmosphere and the service they provide. It has a calm composed and peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature.There are few care takers who helped us with all our requirements.There is a kitchen at night where we had ordered multiple items and they have made us all and all the dishes were delicious but yes you need to pay for it.But the breakfast is complementary.You can have a small walk through the coffee plantation.Even though we visited in summer April it was so cold.I will definitely recommend this place to all the people who want to avoid the busy city life for some time.

The stay was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing to note is that we found some insects and bugs (during night) in the room as it is located in the middle of the forest. But the staff (especially Darshan) was very helpful in removing them even if we made a call during six in the morning. And regarding food, it was decent and good. Overall, it is a good place to disconnect.

Reaching the location needs "offroading" about 2km... but the place is in heart ’? of nature.Staff are all very decent and helpful.Side effects of location is there are too many insects and snails.Worth the money paid for stay if you can ignore and adjust with insects, housekeeping are at hand to clean them up.Chef at weekends cooks brilliant... very cooperative.my ratings:Location 4/5staff support 4/5rooms 4/5food 5/5
