This place though was pretty ; lack of staff and alertness or readiness was a major red flag! Due to season time ; we paid almost 6000 rs with taxes for a night and absolutely not worth the money as it was without breakfast ! The owner does not reside here and is at under guardianship of 2 bekl boys who despite being sweet are not effe tive ..the manager was existing only to have a good time with his own friends . Bathroom has faulty leaky faucets ) no instructions / fully dusty/ shkwr gel and shampoos not refilled in containers ! Noone to call or summon ..each time we had to go to their hideout in kitchen to call them .. reciprocation over whatapp or formal advertised personal message inbox is left unanswered . Their place doesn't have *stone heritage * advertised ! It reads as some tavern ! Very misleading ! They are flanked with a bandar park where u are supposed to walk to watch sunset ! I beleive that's pretty but 50 bandars waiting to jump on you ? No thanks ! Ask them for directions on number advertised - and they are extremely curt and not cooperative . They advertise as mukteshwar - but this is bhatelia ! 600 meters away from local bhatelia market ! Rooms look larger in photos .they are not ! Every room has several red flags ! Their heritage room doesn't have curtains which conceal enough for privacy. .jet sprays not working . Etc etc . And owner has temerity to send us a bill for brown. Jet spray which by the way was faulty and leaky since the time we entered ! Talk about awareness ! However the redeeming feature was their home style cooked food . Roti sabji dal ..that was a respite . The place is not bad .it's nice but facilities and their rates don't justify it ! Monopoly game doesn't have a board .. there is a serious lack of monitoring and manning the venue ! Owners need to buck up

This place is stunning, especially if you want an authentic heritage experience. They've preserved many antiques, giving it a cozy, homely atmosphere. The location is fantastic as well, feeling much less commercial and more like a home away from home. A big thanks to Harsh for being very helpful and courteous.

I reserved two rooms at Stone Heritage Mukteshwar in May. The property itself is stunning and lush, but the management and amenities were very disappointing. Both bathrooms had a strong, unpleasant damp odor. Despite multiple complaints, their main response was to give us an empty room freshener bottle. The food tasted okay but was excessively oily. We asked the kitchen several times to reduce the oil, but nothing changed. Customer service was terrible: I left my phone charger in the room and have been trying for five months to get it back from the caretaker, Harsh, offering to cover all shipping costs. Instead, he has given me every excuse rather than sending it. Overall, while the property is beautiful, the poorly maintained bathrooms, overly oily food, and unhelpful staff make it hard to recommend. I'm sharing this after waiting months for basic customer service. I suggest staying elsewhere.
