Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. My room was upgraded to superior as I held Gold status. The room was spacious and comfortable with two desks and chairs which was perfect for two people to work at a time. Most hotels generally have just one.They provided FireTV stick for OTT apps.Had got a deep tissue massage and the SPA experience was also very good.The best part for me was seeing a full cafe sized espresso machine! I loved the coffee there. Both espresso and french press. Overall food at the restaurant was also delicious, espicially their Pahadi Dhaam thali. The restaurant manager Mr.Manish always spoke to all the guests to make sure they are comfortable.The property itself is beautiful! Playing TT amidst the greenary was so much fun.Only Feedback I have for the Hotel is to get a better wifi plan. The connection was fine. But the speed was 20mbps which is way too low for 2026. Sometimes Netflix streaming used to reduce quality.I was previously staying at old manali where the internet speeds were 200mbps+ and then we stayed for a few days at Welcomhotel Hamsa and the speed there was a decent 80mbps so the staff's excuse of because of monsoon, internet is slow doesn't make sense.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was roomy and cozy, with two desks and chairs, which was ideal for two people working simultaneously. Most hotels usually offer just one desk. They also provided a FireTV stick for streaming apps. I had a deep tissue massage, and the spa experience was excellent. What I enjoyed most was the full-sized espresso machine at the cafe! The coffee, both espresso and French press, was fantastic. The restaurant food was tasty overall, especially the Pahadi Dhaam thali. The restaurant manager, Mr. Manish, always checked in with guests to ensure they were comfortable. The property itself is lovely! Playing table tennis surrounded by greenery was a lot of fun. My only suggestion is to upgrade the wifi plan. The connection was stable but the speed was only 20mbps, which is quite slow for 2026. Sometimes Netflix streaming quality dropped. Previously, I stayed in Old Manali where internet speeds were over 200mbps, and at Welcomhotel Hamsa, speeds were a decent 80mbps, so the staff's explanation about slow internet due to monsoon doesn't seem valid. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay in Manali was excellent; the service was wonderful and the garden area was beautiful. If I visit Manali again, I will definitely pick Storii.
