We had such an amazing time during our 4-night stay at Urvashi’s Retreat! It was more of a cozy staycation since we were traveling with our 5-month-old, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The location is straight out of a dream ’ surrounded by snow-capped mountains and so peaceful. Mornings were pure bliss with the sunshine and the sound of the stream.The staff were super polite and always ready to help, no matter what we needed. A special shoutout to Jawahar, our taxi service provider ’ such a kind and helpful person who made exploring Manali and the Atal Tunnel so easy for us.If you’re planning a trip to Manali with your little one or just want a calm, beautiful spot to unwind, I’d definitely recommend Urvashi’s Retreat. Can’t wait to go back!

One of the best property at a peaceful location, amidst apple garden in burwa area of Manali. The service is great and the dining is affordable. The food was too tasty. They could improve the breakfast options, specially add more options on the fruit platter and bakery items. Rest is all great.

Awesome is the word for the place and stay..The food at the restaurant is the best to taste for Indian tongue.Very well located at the foothills of Manali.. very near from Rohtang Pass.

It was probably the best landscape resort I have ever visited. The ambience, the thought that has gone into planning and execution of each room and villas is impeccable. Food was authentic and well prepared. The whole family was amazed at the serene positioning of the resort. Truly exquisite.

this pace was a bit of a disappointment, mainly because of the ITC tag attached to it, which raised our expectations of the service that would be offered ! We were two families with kids that stayed here in "peak season" ie June. The property is pretty, as are the hills at this time of the year. The rooms are okay, ours was next to their restaurant so we had to bear with disturbance from the music till 10 pm every night, inconvenient with young kids.But their service was below average, particularly the restaurant. The servers would just stand and chat or be on their phones even when we repeatedly called them. Their chef tried to tell me that poached eggs are the same as scrambled, and then presented us with completely overdone ones ! Food took incredibly long to arrive, we sent back multiple dishes as they were cold and not upto the mark. Upon calling the manager, Mr Baldev came (again after repeated calls), was most disinterested and expressionless, far from the hospitality that is expected from ITC !! There was just one person - Mr Jayant - who seemed to have better training and experience, and who revealed he had actually worked at itc / the likes of it before.We wanted to avail the paid service of a car cleaner as mentioned, but there was no one for the 3 days we stayed here. At checkout I voiced these concerns and the manager was again indifferent - he said I can write them in a review online ! and so here it is .. Oh and he promised to email the bill to us within 24 hours, we just gave them reminder call after 10 days, it still hadn't come :(
