My visit to Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali was unforgettable thanks to its outstanding cuisine. The restaurant "The Lighthouse," featuring a stunning glass roof and views of the Himalayas, is a true pleasure. The dishes were superb—fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. Whether it was the generous breakfast buffet, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, or the authentic Himachali thali, every meal was delightful. Special appreciation to Chef Rahul and the restaurant staff—Sonu, Vishal, Shubham, and the fnb team—for their friendly hospitality and attentive service, always fulfilling our requests cheerfully. We had an amazing stay! We loved every moment of our holiday. The food, kids' play area, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, and very attentive the entire time. A big thank you to Kanika for her warm smile and helpfulness, which made our visit even better. We would definitely like to come back!

My stay at this property was fantastic, set beautifully amidst nature and surrounded by stunning mountains. The amazing views, atmosphere, and untouched environment offer an ideal escape from everyday life. I especially want to thank the Front Desk staff member Lakshay Sharma for his professionalism and excellent communication, making every interaction smooth, polite, and welcoming. The Housekeeping team also deserves praise for their dedication to cleanliness and maintenance. The room was cozy and kept to top standards throughout my visit. The blend of incredible natural scenery and outstanding service makes this place a truly special spot. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and an unforgettable mountain retreat. I will definitely come back.
