1.Hotel staff was rude. 2. Wifi was working in only room other room was not having wifi. 3. While check in first smaller room was showed even though we booked for bigger room after fighting got another room 3. Room 502 only single power plug was working none of other plugs were working for charging any device 3. No towel no water , no tissue was provided 4.rooms were not cleaned properly 5.Breakfast was included for both room but hotel staff claim it was one , after checking with service desk it was corrected and breakfast provided 6. No basic shampoo, soap was present in bathroom
