Recently stayed at this property and the experience was very disappointing.The service was poor overall. One staff member was decent, but the owner was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Basic hospitality was completely missing.We had booked a “Deluxe Room with Balcony,” but the room was not properly cleaned. The balcony was also in a very bad condition. The bedsheets and linen were dirty with stains (though they were changed after we complained).The AC had a bad smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.What was most shocking was the lack of basic amenities:No toiletries were provided (no soap, toothpaste, or toothbrush),Only one towel was given,No hand sanitizer,No first aid kit (even though it was mentioned),No water bottle.There was also no wake-up call service.Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Even basic cleanliness and services were not maintained. Definitely not recommended( mainly for couples who want to spend quality time together ) .

Solo Traveller • India • Feb 2026Don’t go anyone at this hotel ..pure pathetic service ..ryt now winter is there bt this hotel not providing hot water ..sach a shameless thing ..There is a very bad smell in the room, and in this area the dumping ground smells so much that you can’t even eat food. After staying there on Saturday and Sunday, I fell sick. There is a very dangerous smell in this area and in the room.Agoda team I want full refund my money..
