Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The accommodation was far below expectations, and the overall service was pathetic. The management staff were very rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to allow us to check in and did not provide any proper explanation or support. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress for our family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

First of all they have severed agreement with Agoda or any others like Agoda.The location is good The rooms airconditioner not working Toilet lock not working Toilet window glass broken and anybody can view from outsideRooms are not cleanSecond day they gave me another room which they told airconditioner is working but the result the same.Even worse than first roomSo please don't list in your site this property. They have told to contact directly as they don't have tie-up with anybody
