Very Disappointing Stay

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the overall service and hospitality were far below expectations.The room was not clean at all, and the hygiene standards were extremely poor. The bathroom was in a terrible condition and not properly cleaned, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. It was one of the worst aspects of the stay. Even the bed was not properly maintained ’ the bedsheets and pillows had visible stains, which clearly showed a lack of basic cleanliness and care.I had specifically booked an AC room through the OYO app, but the AC was not working. Despite informing the staff about the issue, no proper action was taken to fix it or offer an alternative solution. It was very frustrating to pay for an AC room and not receive what was promised.The worst part of the experience was the behavior of the reception staff. During checkout, when we politely asked about extending our stay and were ready to pay the amount they were asking, the staff behaved very rudely. Their attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking basic customer service etiquette. Instead of assisting us properly, they made the situation uncomfortable with their rude behavior.Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, service quality, and staff attitude were highly disappointing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointing Stay Overall

My overall experience was unsatisfactory. ’’ The rooms are a decent size, though not particularly clean, with dirty walls and stains on the bedsheets. ’’ The service was acceptable, and the entry to the hotel is beside the bar. The location near the bus depot is a plus. ’’ No breakfast or food available at the hotel
