Safe for woman, staff are friendly and rooms are very neat. 1 star less as I had seen cockroaches on the floor. Location is accessible. TV wasn't working too

26/12/2025 - Worst experience at this property. The manager gave me a room on the 5th floor (510) that did not even have a proper door lock. There was no towel, no TV remote, no hand wash, and no body wash. This was a prepaid booking, yet they showed complete negligence toward the room condition.When I tried to contact the staff, there was no landline phone in the room, so I had to call through the OYO mobile app. The manager kept saying the door could be locked from inside. When I asked what I should do if I wanted to go out, he casually replied that it wouldn’t be a problem and that I could lock it from inside, which made no sense.After I explained all the issues, he said, ’Sorry, I think the room is not ready.’ If the room wasn’t ready, why was I given the key in the first place? He then said that the entire property was like this and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could either leave or take another room on the 4th floor.The second room had basic amenities except hand wash and body wash, and to make things worse, I noticed cockroaches roaming around the room.Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property

I had a peaceful stay at this hotel. Booked with this platform with over 60% discount on its original price. The location is great, just 50 meters from the main road, making it easy to access. On entering, I found the room neat, and all the linens were clean. The bathroom was also well-maintained.However, there were a few concerns. First, there were small cockroaches (around 3-4) on the floor, some even climbing the walls, which was uncomfortable. Second, the TV wasn’t functioning, and the staff informed me that none of the rooms currently have working TVs. Third, the food did not meet expectations. On the first day, the complementary breakfast consisted of only four idlis and chutneys, requiring a second round to feel satisfied. The second day i received one masala dosa, which was acceptable but still limited. Suggest to book room with no breakfast and have the breakfast just below the hotel at a better price with multiple options.

The filthiest hotel I could ever imagine. If there was an option to rate negative I would definitely rate this place as negative.The room the hotel admin gave us had torn pillow covers, dirty bedsheets, broken wardrobe doors. They agreed to change the room but the next 3 rooms narrated the same story.I had to cancel the booking and then request a refund which has still not been processed.I had to then scramble to find another place where I could stay for the night with my family. And to the utter disgust, the receptionist or management seemed to care less about the disappointing state of the hotel.The staff told us that they have been complaining for months but the management doesn’t listen to them.JUST DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A GUN ON YOUR HEAD. THIS PLACE IS THE DEFINITION OF NASTY.

We had the worst experience ever while we were accomodating. The people at the reception were too bad and were not at all responsive and were too rude. They don't even clean the room. The rooms are extremely bad with bad odour . The worst experience one could have.
