Horrible experience with family and kid We had two senior citizen travelling with us as well. Considering the room unhygienic condition the kid and her parents didnt check in to the room and the smoke smell. Staff was in half sleep and considering safety we kept quite as it was almost 1am midnight. We had no other option and checked in but didnt allow child’s family to check in because of smoke smell
