Very dissatisfied, no drinking water, evrything broken in the hotel, no wifi, no facilities, floor Full of dirty water and toilet water, windows also broken, some people are making nonsense, there is no lift also, hotel is in 4th floor, staff very rude, no room service, bed sheets covered with blood marks, door locks also not working, no food, totally its time waste money waste, don't book this hotel, not value for money, not even worth for 1 rupee

Mixed Experience With Noise

Neighbouring rooms have indecent people blasting music until 1 AM, I reported it already at 11PM and the management didnt do anything until it was very late in the night (1:30 AM). I had a job interview next day and needed to prepare , but felt unsafe confronting them. When I eventually did, that was also when the management interfered. Staff was very friendly, appreciate it.

Poorly Managed Stay

Very disappointing and poorly managed hotel experience.The contact number is missing from almost everywhere, making communication difficult from the beginning.We had booked 2 Deluxe Rooms with advance payment, but on arrival we were given only 1 Deluxe Room and 1 ordinary room. The ordinary room had a non-working toilet flush, and both bathrooms did not even have a single proper hanging space/hooks for clothes or towels.When we complained at the reception, the staff casually replied that no other rooms were available. There was no responsible manager to handle the issue ’ the hotel appeared to be run entirely by servants/staff without proper supervision or professionalism.The overall environment and room allocation standards were extremely poor. It felt like rooms were being handed out casually anytime to ’Nibba-Nibbi’ crowds rather than being managed like a professional hotel.Not recommended at all.
