The hotel service is excellent, and the staff is very courteous. The hotel manager, in particular, was extremely kind and helpful.We were late to reach the hotel, and the breakfast buffet usually closes at 10:30 a.m. Due to some delays, we arrived past that time. However, the manager assured us, ’We don’t allow any guest to leave on an empty stomach.’ True to his word, he arranged a fresh and hot breakfast for us, even after the buffet had officially closed.This thoughtful gesture and the prompt service truly impressed us. It reflects the hotel’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Very Poor Experience

Worst experience of stay in a hotel throughout my life.Stinking rooms , dirty taps , no hot water provision for bathing.Did not provide food for Navratri fast even on repeated request.The hotel was recommended by Mr Nikhil Sood SM front desk from Country Inn by Radisson
