Service was good and everything was fine.

We stayed at Super Townhouse Oak by OYO Udyog Vihar, booking through Easy Trip. While the room and bathroom were spacious, the overall stay was quite disappointing. Cleanliness was a major problem; the room, bathroom, and balcony were not cleaned well. The bathroom had noticeable stains and was poorly maintained, and the balcony was covered in dust, trash, and bird droppings. Walking barefoot inside made our feet dirty. The amenities were also lacking: the air conditioner didn't cool effectively, the ceiling fan moved very slowly, and the main door lock was defective, only locking from the inside without a proper external lock, causing inconvenience. The reception staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, with a rude and unprofessional attitude when we sought help. Overall, the room did not justify the price paid, making it a very unsatisfactory stay. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service.

Hotel is unhygienic, bed sheets have holes, and room service is poor.
