The Altruist Hitech Hotel

We came for breakfast buffet, as part of Women's day celebrations. The food was very good and the staff, very professional. The live counter also served tasty dosas and omlettes. Overall, we had very good experience.

The service provided was excellent, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout. Their responsiveness and the way everything was well-maintained truly stood out. One of the restaurant staff members, Shashi, was especially polite and well-mannered, making the experience even more pleasant.Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I had a pleasant stay at Altruist Business Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout my stay. The staff was courteous, supportive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The food and overall facilities were satisfactory and comfortable for a business stay.Thank you for the hospitality and comfortable experience.

Check-in was unnecessarily stressful. My passport is temporarily with an embassy for visa processing, which is a common situation for international travelers. I provided valid ID, visa proof, and supporting documentation.Despite this, I was asked to wait approximately one hour late in the evening before being allowed to check in. Eventually the hotel did accept the documentation, which suggests the delay could have been handled more efficiently.What was disappointing was not only the rigidity, but also the lack of basic hospitality during the wait ’ no refreshments were offered and no clear communication was provided about how long it would take.While I understand regulatory requirements, the situation could have been managed in a more guest-oriented and professional manner.

I ordered dinner in the room, and the food was tasty ’’.The breakfast experience was equally good ’’’ with multiple options catering to both South and North Indian preferences. Items included puri-sabji, aloo paratha, paneer paratha, idli, dosa, vada, sambar, and chutney. Other options like omelette, bread toast with jam and butter, chicken sausage, hot milk, cereals, tea, and coffee were also available ’’’.The hotel tariff is budget friendly and offers great value for money ’’. The staff is polite, well trained, and attentive, and they take good care of the guests ’’.Overall, it is a great place for business trips as well as family or vacation stays. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would prefer to stay here again on my next visit to the city ’’’’.
