Long distance for Access to Road transport.Food Menu need to improve taste.Verity food not available. Mostly same all days. I stayed around 14 days.

I've been to this place just once. The hotel was just quite good. Everything was good. The room was good. The hotel was quite big and neat and clean and the food was also quite good.

This is a decent 3 star hotel in Talegaon. Though it is not a great place to stay there are few pros and cons. Pros: 1) Large Studio type rooms, 2) Boarding availability 3) Swimming pool, 4) Rooms are maintained clean. 5) Food variety and quality is acceptable Cons: 1) About 5 km away from city shopping area, 2) Bedding is not cozy. It was hard. 3) Fixtures are old 4) Window glasses are not clean 5) They are not generous about refilling consumables 6) Lack of training shows up in the messing area and overworking employees are evident, 7) Locality is not appealing with rough access.Despite this I would recommend this for a short stay with decent buffet. Book with two meals at least as you won’t find a dining spot nearby.

I stayed at The Fern Residency for one day, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The services provided by the staff were also good ’ they were polite, attentive, and ensured that our short stay was hassle-free. Even though it was just a one-day stay, I found the hospitality and cleanliness up to the mark. It’s definitely a good option for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

The location is very convenient’right on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway near Talegaon MIDC Road’with a beautiful view of the mountains and skyline, especially from rooms facing the Eastern side. Monsoon season made it even more scenic! ’’’’’’’ Rooms & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained with modern amenities. Housekeeping was top-notch and consistent throughout our stay.’ Hospitality: From the GM to reception, banquet, and room service staff’everyone was warm, courteous, and professional.’ Dining Experience: Multi-cuisine options with buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner available. Special thanks to Mr. Ajit Sahu (F&B Manager), Mr. Keshab Jana (Chef), and the restaurant team for accommodating our daughter’s food preferences. Their service made our dining experience truly delightful. ’’’’ Ambience: The interiors and common areas are tastefully done with ambient lighting at night.’ Facilities: Sufficient parking space, a decent pool, and a central seating area.
