THE GRAND PLAZA A BOUTIQUE HOTEL

A budget friendly hotel but requires lot of refurbishing with regard to rooms as cockroaches were present in plenty. A few more improvements in the form of providing complementary breakfast will enhance the image of the hotel.

Feedback for Hotel1. No room service at all2. Complementry breakfast is just for formality as no options other than idly or upma..3. No restaurant services before 11 AM..4. Rooms are average but bathroom is very below average5. No glass, jug, no RO water... For water self service from water dispenser at floor...6. No telephone in the rooms to connect for room service... Either you have to go to all the way to reception or call at hotel reception contact

I stayed in the hotel from 26th of October till 30th October.The location was very good but the rooms were pathetic.I have booked the room with room with breakfast and for that reason I was forced to have what breakfast they served. Moreover they served breakfast in the room and not in the restaurant. there was no tea, coffee or milk in breakfast nor they had bread butter and jam. They only severed south indian dishes that too limited.The whole room was filled with cockroaches there was no water in the washroom one day and we have to wait for half an hour for water to restore.There was no room service at all, for each and every need we have to go down to the reception, for bringing water bottle also the hotel staff doesn't bring water also.

Very pleasant experience with Best service. Staff service is very familiar & cooprative. Location is the heart of the city. Rooms also very clean & hygienic.
