I recently stayed at White Palace for two nights and paid nearly 12,000 (11,800), but the experience was completely unacceptable and far below basic standards.During both nights of our stay, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable. The overall room condition was poor, and the bathrooms were not clean at all.To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes. We were traveling with a small child who woke up covered in mosquito bites.Given the price charged, the cleanliness and quality of amenities provided were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until management addresses these serious issues regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control.
