We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.
Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveler preferences. Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.
Right to admission is reserved.
Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others
Guests are responsible for any damage except wear and tear and shall maintain room hygiene.
Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.
Full prepayment is required on or before check-in to guarantee the booking. Only female guests may stay in female dormitories. Male guests who book a female dormitory will be denied check-in. Booking modifications are allowed only within 60 minutes of reservation. Refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.<>Additional property-specific policies may apply and will be communicated at check-in. The Hosteller is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, and guests are responsible for keeping their valuables safe.<>The hostel does not have a dedicated phone number. Guests may contact the property via WhatsApp. Local IDs are accepted, and parking is available, subject to availability.<>Silent hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Swimming pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; however, the pool may be closed for maintenance on certain days.
Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.
Outside food is permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. It is strictly prohibited inside dorm rooms.
Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. A penalty of INR 2,000 per incident may apply for violations. Repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
The hostel is pet-friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.
The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel best suited for young travellers. Families are not recommended, and guests below 18 years old—including infants and children—are not allowed, even when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. <> We follow a lean, self-service, no-frills hospitality model. Porter and valet services are not available. Locks, toiletries, towels, and certain other amenities may be provided on a chargeable, pay-as-you-use basis.<>Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the hostel premises. Guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund and may be permanently blacklisted for violating this or any other hostel policy, misbehaving with guests or staff, theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment of dues, or causing inconvenience to others.<>The Hosteller Bam Udaipur Artist House is pet-friendly. Pets are allowed only in private rooms and are not permitted in dormitories. Guests arriving as early as 7:00 AM are advised to book accommodation for the previous night.<>Visitors may meet guests only in the waiting area or common spaces. Visitors are not allowed inside any room or dormitory. Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.<>
