I would not recommend staying here with family or children, as they seem focused only on money. I am completely unhappy with the hotel and its staff. Regarding your review, both my children are 7 years old, but please check your CCTV footage; one of my children is 1 year old and the other is 3 years old. I have already paid the extra person fee. Please do not try to cover up your mistake publicly.

I stayed for a day. I asked for an upgrade. Also early check-in was given . Thanks and room was clean .Bathroom was good except for water pressure in the faucet - please reduce this . Overall nice stay , would recommend for others .

The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant, but sadly, that was the only positive aspect. The basic facilities, cleaning, and service were very disappointing. We reserved two rooms via Goibibo, and both were far below what one would normally expect from a hotel. The bedsheets had holes, the towels were in poor shape, the wardrobe hanger was broken, and the jet spray didn't work properly. There was no basic tea or coffee kit in the rooms, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty, and despite several calls, it was difficult to get something as simple as dental kits. Adding to the frustration, we had specifically inquired about the breakfast buffet menu before booking due to our food preferences. We were promised certain items, but less than half of those were actually available.

Service was excellent

When I planned to travel to Chittorgarh with my family, I wanted a hotel near the fort that was good for family stays. I read many comments on MMT saying it was a good hotel to stay at. But when I visited, I found this hotel was totally different. It is not good for family stays, but excellent 😊 The breakfast was amazing 😊 and the food taste was also excellent. I think this is one of the best hotels in Chittorgarh. I just want to say this exceeded my expectations 😊❤️ I will definitely stay here next time I visit 💯🥳
