My experience with this hotel, booked through MakeMyTrip, was extremely disappointing. After a long day of meetings, I returned to a room that was completely uncleaned, untidy, and had a foul smell. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, they were unprofessional and refused to clean the room or provide a new one. I paid the full price for my stay and expected basic hygiene and service, which were completely absent. This entire experience was unacceptable and stressful. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this property.

Overall experience of staying at Rajeshahi palace hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and all staff was caring, I have received my clothes which I was left at the room, Thanks to entire management of the hotel’. In future I would prefer this only ’’’’’?
