Very pathetic experience at this HotelGeyser is not working in 104 room number.The solution they offered us is to get two bucks of hot water from adjacent room to have bath. So much poor serviceAlso the washroom is uncleanThere are hairstrands lying everywhere.There are stains everywhere on the washroom floor.The staff is taking a lot of time to repair and give any kind of service.The Worst hotel in Indore.

Would have rated in negative if i couldI booked this hotels dining hall for my wedding reception expecting a special and memorable experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.The food quality was very poor’bland, tasteless, and far below the standards promised. Several food containers were left empty during the event and were not refilled on time which caused embarrassment in front of my guests. Many people had to wait or leave without being served properly.On top of that, the staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful during such an important occasion, they were dismissive and careless when concerns were raised.What made the situation worse was that the leftover food from my party was not packed,. This resulted in unnecessary waste and added to our frustration.A wedding reception is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and I deeply regret choosing this place. Poor service, bad food, and unprofessional staff completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning an important function.

Given a chance, I would like to rate in negative .Reception staff ( executive with red tilak on his forehead ) is extremely arrogant and rude.He said to us you can't do online booking because I already have blocked the room , even if you do at last step it will show you an error..He just want us to spend extra 1500 to book through hotel or himself.Absolutely "0" courtesy on how to talk and most imp on WHAT to talk .Whatever the talk between that executive , every thing was manipulative and untrue..Guys please visit other hotels in that area which is far far far better than this .Bathroom is very small, fan has all the dirt of road.Management needs to see it seriously .’?

The place is pathetic, rat poop all over the bathroom sealing and floor, the rooms are very small and dirty. Service and coordination between staff is even worse. Rooms and bedsheets are dirty and smelly.

Food was ok but short of cutlery they gaye just one plate to eat for spoons we have to ask again and again glass for drinking water were missing no fork and no car parking absolutely nil
