Despite Being SBI staff ( moreover paid at par with public on 05th and 7th of march 2026), 1. I have been charged Rs500/- extra for the stay of my spouse; 2. The receptionist (little stout person) has denied for my driver’s stay somewhere nook and corner in the hotel 3. I have taken consent from other receptionist before occupation on the 7th march, the older guy again denied for the driver’s stay before 11 pm despite my request and he shouted at me with rigid voice saying to review online

This was hands down the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the photos. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was unhygienic, and basic cleanliness was clearly ignored.The air conditioning barely worked, there was constant noise, and the furniture looked broken and neglected. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful when we complained.This place is a complete waste of money and ruined our stay. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy discomfort, filth, and terrible service
