Very bad hospitality manager vey rude waste of money save your time book somewhere else

This was hands down the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the photos. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was unhygienic, and basic cleanliness was clearly ignored.The air conditioning barely worked, there was constant noise, and the furniture looked broken and neglected. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful when we complained.This place is a complete waste of money and ruined our stay. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy discomfort, filth, and terrible service

Very old interior & washroom...requires urgent renovation.No value for money Breakfast is limited but food taste is good.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were poorly maintained, not clean, and far below the standard they advertise. The breakfast was equally bad ’ very limited options, cold food, and no proper hygiene.The service was the worst part: staff was unresponsive, slow, and not interested in helping at all. Even basic requests took a very long time.Overall, this hotel does not justify the price and completely ruined my experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their rooms, food quality, and service standards significantly

Service is not good. Receptionist was rude and doesnt care for the guests, if something is required they just give reason for not doing it.. not at all helpful. The night guard was someone well engaged..Knew good driving as well. Basic things were asked to be done. Although Breakfast was decent still it did not justify the amount paid for it.
